self love crisis

oh the self love crisis is almost every teenager's cry.i mean today almost all of us go about crying about self worth self identity, self love, well today i tell you,you aint the only one.personally...people think i'm this really strong person, people think i don't face problems own my own...people think its so easy for me well..its not.
i've met many people who say they are not worth a dime...so then why do you exist anyway? looking at a mirror and you hear loud whispers and soft screams..."ugly" "too thin" "flawful"
"worthless" lemme tell you today its all in your heaaaadddd!!! if you dont find worth in yourself how on earth do you expect others to find worth in you.lemme tell you a story....on christmas day,2013 i got a chicken pokes attack ..so i didn't know at first so i kept scratching and scratching my face till i was told not to anymore cause i'd get permanent scars..i healed after a few weeks...but then each and every time i would go out to meet my relatives and friends people would be looking at me so much ...when i asked i was told its your scars on your face...you have no idea how much that hurt me....i couldn't look at myself in the mirror for a while...like almost the whole of my form one life..i was crushed and it was so bad..i hated myself i hated how i looked i hated everything about me...till i decided i had had enough and it was just a little bit too much for me....
i didn't need a psychiatrist or a motivator or anyone to talk to me.....it was all  me and that wasall i needed.
loook,i know not everyone of us has that strength and i know its so hard..but if you cannot accept yourself the way you are..do not expect other people to do so.
if you look at a mirror and all you can see is failure disappointment regret and all those otherthings,i tell you today...it does not have to be that way...you are really great...and  you need no one else to  remind you that.
look at your strengths many of us are blind to that
look at your achievements don't forget that
look at how far you have come...
think of how far you wanna go...
i don't promise it will be easy...no...it will take a lot of courage and so much strength..you just have to look deep within...remember it is all in your head...
love yourself no matter the flaws...no one is perfect anyway....appreciate the person you are...
in the end...remember you need you...and you cannot live without you....
start a journey today...the journey about yourself⤻❤

Society

Societies' views have corrupted many of us.Today we term ourselves "thick" "slim thick" " skinny" Society has labelled us so much we've lost ourselves somewhere there.
Let me give you me,for instance.
My mum literally cries that I should eat more cause I'm too thin and I don't have enough meat on me but then going back to school and everyone is like"OMG!Your body is gooaalllss!!" You know leaves me wondering...what am I really? People look at you and see so many different things ..and at times we all focus so much on that then we forget who we are..
Today someone in the streets stopped me to tell me" you should get medicine for your acne"
Then I was all depressed and I start to wonder "do people just walk and look at me and all they see is acne and acne scars"
Then I text my boyfriend and he tells me "You are so pretty even with your acne scars"
You see? What I'm talking about?
Society has this way of making us feel inferior...like we are not worth it anymore..
But then here I tell you..
It's all in your head.
Block society! Avoid mediocrity!
Its all just a little too much for our little teenage minds.
Society has labelled people"the weird one" "the huge ass"" the pretty one " and so much more ..
Let's do this..
Let's forget what society is...
So many people will say so many things..
But you can choose how to see it..
Like how one can look at a glass of water..it's either half full or half empty..it's all up to you..
Choose what you want..
Choose the perception you want.
Embrace yourself...
Stop society

LET THOSE GHOSTS GO💖🌻

Stop living with ghosts. It's hard for me to write this article as it hits home for me the most. But I write. I write so that we go ...
